Over the past few months, I’ve been investigating a hidden structure beneath sensation—distinct, recurring energetic patterns that show up like signatures across the subtle body. I call them energetic fingerprints.
Why should you care? Because if energy leaves a signature… it can be read, charted, and applied.
These patterns began with tarot—tingles in my spine, heat in my palms, a sudden pull between chakras—but I soon realized they weren’t limited to the cards. These impressions arise in response to people, places, emotions, even dreams. And here’s the revelation: they can be databased, mapped, compared, and interpreted—offering a new way to understand what your body is trying to tell you.
Maybe even a Rosetta Stone for energy.
This idea found roots not just through practice—but through a dream.
The Dream That Sparked It All
In this dream, I found a strange tarot deck laid out with colored boxes. Each box radiated an emotional or energetic texture, mapped to different points of the subtle body. When I woke up, the imagery stayed with me, and a question surfaced:
What if each tarot card could be represented by a glyph of energetic impressions—mapped to the Tree of Life?
Each Sephira would act as a sensory node. A pressure in the crown might appear as color associates with ‘pressure’, say Opalescent White at Kether. A fiery pulse in the left shoulder? That could light up Geburah in red. Over time, I started experimenting with a kind of tarot energy cartography.

The Moment It Got Real
On November 29th, 2024, something clicked.
After the meditation, I pulled three random cards from the tarot deck, laying them face down. I focused on each card’s energy and noted my impressions:
• The Hermit: I sensed energy around my nose.
• The Lovers: I felt energy at the top of my head, slightly to the left.
• Death: A strong draining sensation came down the center of my chest.Next, I shuffled the three cards while keeping them face down and felt their energy again, trying to identify their order. My intuition told me the sequence was: The Lovers, The Hermit, and Death.
When I revealed the cards, I was 100% correct.
I tried again….
I experienced a slow-moving, almost warm tingling sensation that traveled from my chest to the top of my head and back down again. This sensation corresponded with the King of Wands.
The cards I worked with were: King of Wands, Death, The Lovers, and The Hermit.
When I tried to identify their sequence, I got two out of four correct.
I calculated ( hopefully correctly) the probability of getting exactly 5 out of 7 cards correct in the correct order by random chance is approximately 0.092%, or about 1 in 1,088.
This makes it an extraordinarily unlikely event to happen purely by chance, highlighting the significance if it were to occur!
That was the spark. From then on, I began recording energetic impressions for each card pull.
Early Experiments and Sephirotic Mapping
By March 3rd, 2025, I had enough data to see patterns. For example, with The Magician:
• Tingling in the forehead and face (Kether / Da’at)
• A swooping energy from left head to right chest (Binah to Chesed)
• A T-shape across the brow and nose
I translated this into a map using the Tree of Life and added color overlays based on the energy’s texture and emotion.
Each card became an energetic fingerprint. But I wanted to go deeper.
When Machine Learning Met Mysticism
Here’s where things get a little technical—and a little Aquarius.
I began vectorizing the descriptions using OpenAI embeddings. That is, I turned each written energy description into a mathematical vector—an encoded representation of its “meaning.” The question: Would descriptions of the same card cluster together in vector space?
To test this, I ran a leave-one-out validation—leaving out one card description and seeing if the model could guess its correct identity by comparing it to the others.

Results:
In plain English? These results are not random. The model is picking up on real, underlying patterns in the energy descriptions. Which is thrilling.
A Quick Look at the Data
I worked with 81 “test samples” (each sample is a tarot card description left out of the training pool so we can see how well the model does). The average position (or “rank”) at which the correct card was found ended up at 43.7—way better than the 58 we’d expect if the model was randomly guessing.
Rank Stats at a Glance
The rank is basically the position in a sorted list of possible cards. If your correct card is rank 1, it means the model nailed it first. At rank 115, well… we are still learning?
Performance Milestones
How quickly does the model find the right card? Check out these numbers:
Sure, 2.5% in the very top slot doesn’t sound amazing, but it’s still proof that sometimes the model gets a bull’s-eye. And once you allow up to 50 positions, nearly two-thirds of the samples are hits.
Peeking at Similarity Scores
In the background, the model calculates how “similar” each description is to the test sample (think of it like a measure of closeness). The scores range from 0.69 to 0.92, with an average of 0.88. Generally, the higher the score, the closer the correct card tends to appear at the top.
Charts: Seeing Is Believing
• Histogram: Shows how often each rank appears, with a big chunk falling between 20 and 60.
• Boxplot: Emphasizes the wide range of ranks. The median around 39 tells us half the time, the model places the right card at or above rank 39.
• Bar Chart: Watch that success rate climb as we allow a bigger rank threshold (top 1, top 3, top 5, etc.).
• Scatter Plot: Each dot shows a test sample’s rank (horizontal) versus its similarity score (vertical). You can spot that higher scores tend to cluster at lower ranks—just what we want!
Randomness Test: Is It Magic or Math?
To see if the model was really “smart” or just lucky, I did a quick one-sample t-test. Under pure guesswork, you’d expect a mean rank of 58. Our actual mean rank is about 43.7, which is statistically better than random chance (t = -4.18, p < 0.0001).
In other words, the model is indeed picking up on real patterns—no dice-roll divination here!
Refining the Craft
One thing became clear: language matters. Some of my earlier descriptions were too similar across cards and lacking detail, making it harder for the model to distinguish between them.
To solve this, I created a new journaling template:

• Emotional / Symbolic Layer: Fear, clarity, ascension, containment, etc.
This richer detail feeds better data into the system, improving its ability to distinguish cards based on energetic nuance.

Final Thoughts
This is still early work, but the data suggests we’re onto something real—something ancient yet evolving.
The Tarot has always been a mirror. Maybe now, with a little help from technology and collective intuition, it can also become a map.
