A long while ago in meditation I saw a flash of light. My meditation timer sounded, and then there was a large crack sound. Startled and looked over. The candle wax had split in the shape of a cross…. I reached out to a mentor at the time, ‘What does it mean?’ She wrote back,ContinueContinue reading “X(Twitter) Archive — 2026-02-01”

X(Twitter) Archive — 2026-01-30

Yesterday taught me something. The day felt confused at first, but the lesson became clear in a dream last night. Emotional intensity isn’t a glitch in our system, it’s part of who we’re meant to be. When emotions are allowed to flow and be embodied rather than repressed, we can live inside them without beingContinueContinue reading “X(Twitter) Archive — 2026-01-30”

Honoring the Shadows, Facing the Sun

The following morning, I found myself back on the same spaceship. Two buttons sat on the console in front of me. One would reverse everything and return me to my life as it was. The other was death.

Active Imagination Part 2 of 2: Active Imagination & Aphantasia

Then I came across some of the forgotten active imagination sessions from the years prior.

I started to transcribe them.

A Tool of Reality Creation

More and more people today recognize that where we put our attention shapes how we experience reality. Some small examples are that of athletes who visualize success before competition. Gratitude practices to notice abundance. What we focus on expands.  Yet I’d argue we often don’t seem to live up to that belief. It is asContinueContinue reading “A Tool of Reality Creation”

Active Imagination Part 1 of 2: The Old Man

I had felt compressed for days, like I was collapsing in on myself. Something churned in the background, just beyond reach. Like I was fighting something, but what? There was a visceral even, physical response to this pressure. My muscles became sore, and my neck seemed to crystalize. What was this? It felt connected toContinueContinue reading “Active Imagination Part 1 of 2: The Old Man”

The Wheel of Fortune and What It Taught Me About Sustained Creativity

The Wheel of Fortune visited me a few days before Christmas. It did not bring instant riches or a winning lottery ticket, but perhaps it brought something even more powerful. This simple morning Tarot pull sparked something. I did not really feel it immediately, but as the days passed, pressure was building. By Christmas Day,ContinueContinue reading “The Wheel of Fortune and What It Taught Me About Sustained Creativity”
